Principal Broker
Margaret Holloway
Margaret founded Clearview Realty in 2011 after twelve years at a Bay Area mega-brokerage. She built the firm around a simple idea: a senior broker — not a junior associate — should personally run every transaction, from the first walk-through to the day the keys change hands.
She holds a BA from UC Berkeley, is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and serves on the board of the Contra Costa Association of REALTORS®. She lives in Lafayette with her husband, two kids, and a golden retriever named Truman who has opinions about open houses.
