The Fine Print
Cancellation Policy
We hold a chair just for you — here's how we keep the schedule fair for everyone.
24-Hour Notice
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. We hold your chair with a credit card on file and send a reminder 48 hours out.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations inside the 24-hour window are charged 50% of the service total. Same-day cancellations within 2 hours of the appointment are charged in full.
No-Shows
No-shows are charged 100% of the scheduled service and require a non-refundable deposit to rebook.
Running Late
A 10-minute grace window applies. Beyond that, we may need to shorten the service or reschedule to keep the rest of our day on time.
Color Redos
We're obsessed with getting it right. Any tonal adjustment within 7 days is complimentary — just call us and we'll get you back in.
Gratuity
Tips are always appreciated but never expected. Cash, Venmo, or card — all three work at the front desk.
